Adele sat down with Rolling Stone for an in-depth cover interview about her new album 30, which is coming out Nov. 19.

While fans assumed that her 2019 divorce filing would inspire much of the new material, Adele said the difficulties of dating as a celebrity in Hollywood served as creative inspiration, too.

I was able to get it done with the 30 track Can I Get It about wanting to have a real relationship instead of one that would be sexy, which seemed like nauseous. I waited five seconds before I started playing fucking. And i said that, how do I get there? I have to give it to the people I knew, but it hasnt happened.

Adele also discussed how, besides a few major gigs, she won't tour much in COVID.

I don't want anyone coming to my show scared. And I do not want to get Covid, either. The crew filmed two live specials, one for CBS stateside and another for ITV in the U.S.

It's most important, the singer talked about the origin of the frequently discussed song, I Drink Wine.

The song is conversational, with Adele performing a sarcastic sixties vibe, while releasing the lyrics, the track has gotten tense with naive lyrics. The lyrics are sound, rooted in the Seventies, and are accompanied by hints like Im not able to make it even more fun.
