The dystopian novel Anna, directed by Niccol Ammaniti, is centered on a 13-year-old girl who has fought imitis on the island of Sicily, with repercussions that kill all adults, sold to over 30 territories, including feneri & Disney+ for key European markets.
The Sky Original production, produced by Fremantles Wildside and co-produced by ARTE France, New Life Company and Kwa, is now going to be launched on Disney Plus in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and also Spain, Portugal, France and Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Fremantle had previously announced that the six-part series will launch on AMC Plus on Nov. 18 in the United States.
