Disney magic is alive and well.

The Sanderson sisters were back almost three decades after Hocus Pocu bewitched audiences. The first look at the highly anticipated sequel is coming back on Friday as part of Disney's marathon morning of announcements during Disney Plus Day.

Hocus Pocuses 2, which will reunite Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, is going to premiere exclusively on Disney Plus in Fall 2022.

The movie will begin almost 30 years after the original pic's events. After inciting the wrath of the three witches, high schoolers Becca (Whitney Peak), Cassie (Lilia Buckingham) and Izzy (Belissa Escobedo) must figure out how to stop them from destroying Salem before midnight on Halloween.

A few weeks ago, Doug Jones will return to his role as Billy Butcherson, and Tony Hale, Sam Richardson and Hannah Waddingham join the cast. Anne Fletcher takes over directorial duties from Adam Shankman after her frequent collaborator bowed out due to scheduling conflicts.

Shankman, however, is returning to direct the Disney musical sequel Disenchanted.

The picture, which Amy Adams created on Disney Plus Day, will be streamed in Fall 2022 fifteen years after Enchanted bowed. The photo will stream exclusively on the Disney TV show, Adams and co-star Patrick Dempsey teased in a pre-recordee video during Disney Day.

The following-up to the 2007 hit reunites the duo with James Marsden and Idina Menzel. Adams and Dempsey were on hand to make Disney Plus Day announcement.

Working with everybody again after 14 years is really exciting, Dempsey said in April. We need romantic comedies and musicals to get people out of the doldrums that were in.

In other reboot and sequel news, Disney announced a release date for the reimagining of the Cheaper by the Dozen movie. Gabrielle Union and Zach Braff star in the movie coming to Disney Plus in March 2022.

The movie centers on a multiraccial, blended family of 12 people who's juggling hectic home life and family business. Union and Braff appeared virtually on Disney Plus Day to announce the news.

The 1950 movie "Cheaper by the Dozen" was originally directed by Frank Bunker Gilbreth and Ernestine Gil Breth Carey, and was adapted to the 1950 film "The Doze" by Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt. In 2003, Shawn Levy directed a modern-day reboot, while Shankman helmed the 2005 sequel, "Belles on Their Toes."

Levy will executive produce the reboot alongside Union. Gail Lerner is directing the movie, written by her Black-ish collaborator Kenya Barris and Jenifer Rice-Genzuk.
