Next Festdemo on Naiad's Steam is to drop downstream

One of my joys in life is dipping and scouting around rivers and ponds, lochs, and seas. I am pleased to see some of the tranquil pleasure and wonder of that captured in Naiad, a upcoming game involving a water spirit coming downstream. It has a free demo in the Steam Next Fest, and it is quite pleasant. I believe it to be ''wholesome.''

If you want to, you may swim at full speed through the whole thing, and you may travel around the lake to the next level. I don''t know why you would, but you can. I''m here to go slow, drift around, dive circles, and watch my gathered shoal of fish follow me, observe the scenery, discover secret spots, and maybe complete a few tasks.

Each level in the demo has optional objectives. You may leading lost ducklings to their dad, sing to assist plants grow, bring butterflies to flowers, and assist others in preparing for them. Completing these tasks gives you a rhythm of a poem, which is also revealed throughout each chapter. I am grateful that there isn''t a dead sheep upstream, however.

Download the Naiad demo from Steam. HiWarp, a solo developer, intends to release the entire game by the end of September.
