Elden Rings has been out for a little over four months now, and if its critical reception is anything to go off of, it works quite well. There''s one aspect of the game, which is relatively unique to PC players, for better or worse. One such case is something we did not anticipate today.
Elden Ring''s current mechanical changes are similar to those of Sekiro: Shadows die twice and Bloodborne (for light and medium rolls respectively). For the record, it is unconcerned that you should NOT take this mod online for any reason, as it may potentially put your account in jeopardy.
On what the mod actually does, the light roll is replaced with a Sekiros dodge step animation, aimed at redefining how dodges were, as well as the medium roll being replaced by Bloodbornes quickstep. Simply put, does Elden Rings dodge rolls well enough to be able to use this mod. It''s a concern of the past.
The choice of the mod is difficult, although it should be stated that a safe usage of the mod requires the anti-cheat software included inside to be disabled (as playing online with mods can get you banned). The Elden Ring mod loader is required for activation, and thereafter, you will need to purchase the mod in question.
Given that weve discussed mods, it should be clear that these features are PC-only, and thus, the console population will not be able to access this in any way. That said, there is now a solution for you. Elden Ring is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
