Mille Of The Manor Middle-Grade Graphic Novel has been submitted by five publishers

Mille of the Manor, a new middle-grade graphic novel by Karina Evans and Andrea Bell, has been given worldwide worldwide rights to Mille of the Manor in the winter of 2025. After an auction between five publishing houses, Karina Evans and Andrea Bell, the publisher, and their agent Jessica Mileo and Claire Friedman had agreed to the deal.

Andrea Bell has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago in 2013. She has since self-published Fair Voyage and Still Waiting. Andrea has then expanded into Diary of a Fifth Grade Outlaw with Epic! Creations and the 2021 title The Leak with First Second.

Karina Evans, a California children''s author, studied English at the University of Delaware before starting a career in the entertainment industry. She recently published her first book Grow Up, Tahlia Wilkins! through Little, Brown. Her next book, Audrey Covington Breaks The Rules, will be published in the winter of 2023.

HarperAlley is a graphic novel imprint founded by HarperCollins Children''s Books under the direction of Andrew Arnold, a former art director and author who has acquired the publisher in recent years. This is because it''s "creative, creative, and creative agency." The new line, which is "looking to publish graphic novels for "readers of all ages," says the reader.
