Saturday Mondays: trains, submarines, and acat

Every weekend, indie developers show off current work on Twitter''s #screenshotsaturday tag. Every Monday, I bring you a selection of these snaps and clips. This week, my eyes was caught by a train ride through an endless winter, a submarine controlled by connecting cables, some striking art styles, and yes, another cat.

This yet-unnamed game offers an interesting concept and a sense of purpose that made me instantly purchase the Titan Chaser. It looks like a laid-back game about exploring a shady world and scaring off giant monsters? And it''s only 80p on Steam?

Next evocation of a never-ending landscape for my game about a train rescuing people from broken war memories and singing them lullabies, driving through eternal winter #screenshotsaturday #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #RussiaIsATerroristState pic.twitter.com/Keze3majBs

Patch cables have only bad experiences with me, although patch cables have only bad experiences with me, thus this is an interesting strategy to control a submarine.

OCEAN BORN is a puzzle/exploration/horror game about submarines, oceanic cryptids, and WIRES.#screenshotsaturday pic.twitter.com/KxNGzUyYjT

I don''t know what it is, and neither does it maker, but I''m fond of it.

some extra work on whatever it is. It makes me happy#screenshotsaturday #sologamedev #techart pic.twitter.com/Yx13iJlrt5

E4TWB6K, a game we''ve previously seen in Screenshot Mondays, has some dodgy yet unquestionably effective life advice:

In many ways, the world of E4TWB6K reflects our own. Depending on how you may find the tips (or pro tips) given by a variety of characters to be effective in game and out#screenshotsaturday #lowpoly #madewithunity #indiedev #gamedev #addgames #claymation #PSX pic.twitter.com/uSrTiq3yh4

Our Fate''s godly-looking hand is "an atmospheric narrative experience where you travel through different cultures, restoring moments lost to time."

Cyberganked, a wizardry-inspired RPG/adventure, is attempting to render something so complex in so few colors.

A stunning look for Repose, a game where you must "explore, sneak, fight, and maintain a healthy sleep schedule" as you descend the twisted levels of the company that hired you to loot oxygen tanks off of astronaut corpses, wait keep an eye on what? Fantastic.

And once more, I cannot resist the most important tip of behind-the-scenes technique:
