In her most recent Instagram post, Rosie Marcel looks beyond her popular on-screen alter ego Jac Naylor.
As she modelled for Love Alice, she swapped her scrubs for a glamorous vintage dress.
While modelled a striped dress with a red shirt and yellow heels, the TV presenter wore red lipstick and her hair in a bun to complete the look.

Alice @lovealiceofficial for allowing me to model her beautiful sustainable and ethical fashion. To Emily. Fabulous photographer @sophia_veres_photography I love her style. Ben who gave me the confidence to do this today.
Sometimes, men may feel like we don''t fit the usual fashion standards. I have scarred legs, stretch marks, and a baby belly that has had a hard time getting to be real. It''s nice to be real. #realbodies #realwomen #ethicalfashion #reuse.
Rosie was best known for her role as a consultant cardiothoracic surgeon Jac Naylor in the first appearance of the show earlier this year after 23 years on-screen.
After a long battle with her brain tumour, fans were enthralling. Jac tragically died from a stroke in the final episode.
At the time, Rose fought hard to keep her character alive, telling What To Watch that: When I discovered that they were going to kill the character I was bereft. I fought very hard against it, actually. I felt like everyone was a little bit inexplicably insane, but I was treated like a nightmare! I didn''t think it was appropriate at the time.
