Pokemon HOME helps players to continue their Pokemon adventures beyond a single game system and manage their collection of Pokemon across several of their games. In addition to the Pokemon that players can take to each game, players may select which Pokemon to access from the Help menu at the mobile device version ofPokemon HOME.[2]

Strange Balls will only appear inPokemon Legends: Arceus,Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, andPokemon Shining Pearl in the past. All Pokemon caught inPokemon Legends: Arceus, Arceus, andPokemon Shining Pearl will not appear in regular Poke Balls.[3]

Players will be able to see Pokemon''s Poke Balls, which they originally caught in.

When crafting games to celebratePokemon Brilliant Diamond,Pokemon Shining Pearl, andPokemon Legends, you may receive special Pokemon.[4]

Players will receive Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Oshawott with maximum effort levels as Mystery Gifts in Pokemon HOME''s mobile device version.

Pokemon Brilliant DiamondandPokemon Shining PearlConnectivity After depositing a Pokemon fromPokemon Brilliant DiamondorPokemon Shining Pearlinto the Nintendo Switch version of Pokemon HOME, players will receive Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup with hidden abilities as mystery gifts in the mobile device version of Pokemon HOME.

Connectivity Between Various Games Pokemon can learn inPokemon Legends: Arceus,Pokemon Brilliant Diamond,Pokemon Sword, andPokemon Shielddiffer from those they can learn in other games. When a Pokemon is taken to another game for the first time, the moves it can utilize will be determined by its level.[5]

If a Pokemon is brought from the game it was caught into another game and learns other moves, and then returned to the game it was caught in, it will return to having the moves it originally knew.[6]

When connectingPokemon Brilliant DiamondandPokemon Shining Pearlto Pokemon HOME, please be cautious of the following items.

  • Special Pokemon that can only be caught once during regular gameplay can only be deposited once per save data to Pokemon HOME.

Linking toPokemon Legends: Arceus You can see the effort levels of Pokemon deposited fromPokemon Legends: Arceusto Pokemon HOME as well as its other information.

  • The objective ofPokemon Legends: Arceusis to help compile the first Pokedex in the Hisui region. As such, the National Pokedex in Pokemon HOME will update its Pokedex entries based on your completion of the Pokedex in yourPokemon Legends: Arceussave data.
  • If a Pokedex entry inPokemon Legends: Arceusis incomplete, you will not be able to see that Pokemons entry in Pokemon HOME.

Additional Achievements and Stickers Players may obtain stickers bycompleting achievements by meeting certain criteria in the mobile version of Pokemon HOME. New achievements and stickers based onPokemon Legends: Arceus,Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, andPokemon Shining Pearl will be added from version 2.0.0 onwards.

A fresh update toPokemon HOME(version 2.0.0) will soon be introduced, allowing users to connect toPokemon Legends: Arceus,Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, andPokemon Shining Pearl with previousPokemon Sword,Pokemon Shield,Pokemon: Lets Go, Pikachu!, andPokemon GO.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus,Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, and thePokemon Shining Pearl will be mutually compatible with Pokemon HOME, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw Pokemon to and from each of these games. For example, you will be able to take a Pikachu that you discovered inPokemon Sword and thePokemon Shining Pearl.

Changes to known moves, levels, and the type of Poke Ball you were caught in may be involved in transferring Pokemon to a game they previously caught in.
