In June, eFootball 2022 will have its mobile version

On the 2nd June, Konami said the mobile game eFootball PES 2021 relaunched.

The heavily-delayed mobile version of the eFootball 2022, which was launched eight months after the first version of the game, was widely panned.

On 2nd June, a 1.1.0 update for eFootball 2022 on PC and console comes out, the first time since season one was launched in April. "Too little, too late," was Eurogamer''s verdict.

Konami was jeopardized about what these updates are, according to a tweet by the company, and that the new mobile game update includes "new gameplay" and "dream Team. The console version update adds improved win/loss decision-making in online matches and server enhancements. There''s also data sharing between console and mobile versions in the works.

Season two kicks off on 16th June, "which will be flanked by a host of in-game events," according to Konami.

After eFootball 2022''s disastrous launch, Konami is still picking up the pieces. EA has confirmed its withdrawal from FIFA for its football games, with FIFA 23 expected to be the last EA-developed FIFA game. Could Konami give the FIFA license a whirl?
