USA's Fate/Grand Order gets an append skill, servant coins early

The original Japanese edition (aka) was initially developed two years after the initial initial initial distribution. Aniplex maintained the same content pacing as the original game at the time, therefore story developments and new events remained on a two-year delay compared to Japan. Servant Coins and Append Skills are also examples.

According to an announcement made in a Developers Diary video, Director Yoshiki Kanou will receive the Servant Coin and Append Skill systems on May 23, 2022.

Check out the video below.

Servant Coins and Append Skills have arrived in Japan a year earlier than those systems were added to the game. Had the changes to follow the original pacing as Japan, they would have arrived in mid-2023.

The systems are capable of further strengthening high-level Servants. In, each Servant has a maximum level that is determined by their rarity. Palingenesis, a technique involving feeding a Holy Grail item and resources to a selected Servant, increases the maximum level cap. This technique, also known as Grailing, allows high-level Servants to become even stronger, while low-level characters can be leveled to be viable in more powerful content.

Servant Coins are a new currency used in summoning and combat by rolling double copies of a Servant, earning Bond levels, and awarded in events. Players can also use Servant Coins and resources to increase the level cap beyond 100, reaching a new maximum of level 120.

Append Skills can be used to unlock Append Skills. These are passive effects that activate when the Servant enters a battle. Each Servant has three, which are unlocked separately through Servant Coin payment and leveled up by paying QP and other resources. Append Skill effects include beginning a battle with a certain amount of Noble Phantasm gauge charged, increasing a Servants'' damage against a certain class, or increasing specific attributes. In essence, Append Skills allows a player to invest

In the video, further improvements to the United States were included, including repurposing additional Servants Noble Phantasm animations to the whole screen and a Push! Servant function that allows players to highlight a favorite Servant to friends and followers. Given the costs of Servant Coins and Append Skill unlocks, Lasengle is increasing the limit for QP storage to 2 billion QP, up from 999 million.

The USA is available on Android and iOS. The most recent update is scheduled for May 23, 2022. The next Lostbelt chapter, 6.5, will be released in the Japanese edition in June 2022.
