It''s almost impossible to narrow down a top five list of famous tracks, but this track list is doing a fantastic job of showing us what''s missing.
The Azer_FR list, created on reddit, breaks down several games and lists tracks that have and have not been explored. There are even denotations for tracks that have been reused or have never been discovered in any future game (and thus would be more ideal for preservation in ).
Its interesting to see everything divided down game by game. It should include more/SNES tracks in, but there are only three! Nintendo should increase those numbers eventually. I always felt that it was super represented, but seeing it on paper is also something.
Besides that, everything appears to be quite widespread throughout the rest of the series. Perhaps we might use some more (especially considering that it has some unique tracks that haven''t seen the light of day again)? However, Nintendo has given each game a decent amount of representation.
The red exclamation mark (!) symbol denotes tracks that were recently confirmed to be part of Wave 2 of the Booster Course [Season] Pass. We will have four more waves by the end of 2023, so there''s still plenty on the way.
