At Evo 2022, Ed Boon closed the debate on a new Mortal Kombat revelation

Fatality performed on kommunity rumors

Ed Boon, the creative director of NetherRealm Studios, has shut down online rumors that the studio is planning to make a brand new feature in the series at this weekend''s Evolution Championship Series (Evo).

The rumors of the disclosure were resolved because someone decided that they were true. Social media quickly starting turning up the volume on whispers that Warner Bros. Games and NRS were preparing to reveal during this week''s Evo festivities. However, the usually enigmatic Boon chose to be more direct, openly squashing the reveal talk.

After IGN informed that several fighting game companies would be in attendance at Evo, Boon deleted IGNs remarks, then added except Mortal Kombat. So, here''s how he would respond to this without his own tweet, saying, "It''s time for and other great fighting games to be in the sun!" Lets hope you enjoyed it!

After the release of the gory sequels'' last DLC update, NetherRealm Studios ended its support for back in 2021. Despite earlier intentions for to be the most competitive and competitive title ever, it appears that the NRS team was not moved onto their next project immediately after the DLC had hit the market. It should be noted that the persistent circulation of Warner Bros. Games sales rumors as well as the disruption of the tournament scene due to COVID-19, has probably thrown more than a handful of spear

Despite its scheduled release in early 2023, and the Capcom marketing machine is in great condition, I''d be surprised if we heard/saw any official revelation for a (or any other NRS title) during the remainder of 2022.

Evo 2022 will take place at the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino from August 5-7.
