Nintendo confirms that Metroid Prime 4 is still on the line in its latest financial report

We haven''t heard much about the date of the release of, or any information at all, but Nintendo did a least mention it in their latest financial briefing.

Quite a few games have been mentioned, and they are going on to look at the first party big games slate of the year on August 3, 2022:

  • 11/18/22
  • Spring 2023

Nintendo chose to highlight these to investors:, and. All of these are near-term type products expected to arrive by the end of September. Curiously, although they have only a summer date, they list them under the category in the brief, hinting at a release window (this is not going to be affected as of yet) the company also reminded everyone that a new Switch OLED model was coming on August 26 in honor.

DLC appears to be the plan for long-term growth, as Nintendo argued that sales for add-on content were steady, particularly in the same brief, and many of the above games have already received some DLC or season pass content; or it is likely to be in the works.
