Halo 2challenge, a Twitch streamer, has been defeated by a "impossible" $20k Halo 2challenge

The $20,000 (16,400) Halo 2 challenge has been completed by a Twitch streamer.

The challenge, established earlier this year by Charlie "Cr1tikal" White, was that someone had to complete the entire Halo 2 Anniversary campaign without dying on Legendary difficulties, with all "Skull" modifications on.

The effects of the modifications range from increasing the health of enemies to ending any enemies with permanent cloaked. The only modifier that must be kept off is the "Envy" skull, which replaces Master Chief''s torch with an active camouflage system (because it would make things too simple).

The minimum wage was initially set at $5000 (4100) but was then increased to $20,000 after no one was eligible.

Despite the higher reward, it appeared like no one would be able to accomplish such a feat until now.

Jervalin, a streamer, completed the task after several events yesterday, completing just six-and-a-half hours.

It''s an impressive feat, and frankly puts me to a shame about my own own first-person shooter abilities.

Jervalin''s feat was also observed in 343 Industries, with senior community manager John Junyszek posting a congratulatory message.

He did it! Halo 2 LASO, unavoidable. @Jervalin
