Many of the upcoming, unannounced DLC tracks will be released in the coming 18 months, according to music files found in the latest Mario Kart 8 Deluxe update.

For those of us who like to get inside our Christmas presents a little early, these files include a previous leak, which semblaed to identify the appropriate platforms for each upcoming DLC course.

Fans have created a schedule for the rest of the DLC cups, including all of the tracks from Wave 3, expected later this year.

How has happened, according to prolific Nintendo Switch dataminer OatmealDome on Twitter, this is because to Nintendo leaving traces of upcoming music in "prefetch" files, which are apparently overlooked content archives (both present and upcoming) with snippets of information aimed to speed up load times.

Fishguy6564, a Twitter user, posted a fan-theorized schedule, combining music track data and the previous platform leak.

Several of Mario Kart''s favorite landmarks include Waluigi Stadium: Double Dash!! and Peach Gardens, both due in Wave 3.

Maple Treeway, a stone cold classic, is also on the cards, although fans believe this is being saved up for the DLC''s sixth and final help. It''s possible that the game will run in the second half of 2023.
