A Gargoyles remaster has been confirmed by Disney

The next game to be removed from the archives has been confirmed by Disney, which will receive Gargoyles as the remaster treatment.

Empty Clip will take on the 27-year-old platformer in a "revived classics," such as The Jungle Book, Aladdin, and The Lion King, with "updated visuals and controls," and will be coming to "modern consoles" and PCs that are not previously described.

Disney was keen to highlight that we "have to wait to get back into the world of Gargoyles Remastered," and that it probably shouldn''t happen anytime soon. (Thanks, PC Gamer)

The new 2D adventure has been conceived after a Dlala Studios cancelled a 2016 experiment and will feature Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and Goofy, inspired by the Mickey Mouse cartoon shorts.
