Zara is preparing to leave all of the drama at the surgery behind, for a spa weekend with Emma Reid (Dido Miles)! And then Valerie Pitman (Sarah Moyle) and Ruhma Carter (Bharti Patel) join the classes as part of Zara''s yoga class... Elsewhere, Emma is tempted to join the class with a drink, but she is unsure if Bernie Simmonds is going to help you resolve Emma''s problem.
