One of the best acquisitions in corporate history

Monolith Soft''s beefy core RPGs are also helping Nintendo with several first-party titles. Almost every time we get a glimpse of what games they actually help work on, like the series. Apparently, Monolith Soft has added a new game to their company game list:

Monolith Soft has been assisting on many first-party Nintendo games, including prior entries in the series. This is not unlike the relationship that a lot of other studios have with larger publishers, such as High Moon Studios and Vicarious Visions, with franchises like them. However, this particular info drop that they had negotiated is quite interesting given that it and the massive undertaking that was actually completed at the same time.

While the company began in 1999, it was then taken over by Nintendo in 2007, and has been a staple studio at the publisher since. They have grown year after year, from 150 employees in 2017 to roughly double that recently. I hope they continue their business indefinitely. They are an asset to Nintendo and arent honored enough.
