The next Pokemon Go event will feature Steel-type Pokemon, two new Ultra Beasts, and many more likely shiny forms, according to rumors.
The Test Your Mettle will be held next week in Pokemon Go, and players will have a chance to receive all of the features and bonuses starting Friday, September 16, 2022, until Wednesday, September 21, 2022. At the moment of writing, Niantic and Pokemon Go did not disclose any details about the event, except the start and end date, so it is up to us to begin guessing what we might see during the Test Your Mettle event.
All of the gossip and speculations are being shared online. Please bear in mind that the following are just speculations, and we still wait for the official announcement.
The Test Your Mettle event will take place from September 16, 2022 to September 21, 2022. There are reports that this event will focus on steel-type Pokemon, various Pokemon will be appearing in Raids, and we expect a fresh Mega Raid Boss as well as Mega Aggron.
Two Ultra Beast moves Celesteela and Kartanas have received an update, which means that these two Ultra Beasts might make their Pokemon Go debut during the event.
We come to the most interesting part, the Shiny part. Rumors suggest that we may see one of the following Shiny Pokemon:
- Shiny Drilbur or
- Shiny Pawniard
