BlackMill Games and FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT are delighted to announce the agreement to acquire M2Hs majority share in WW1 Game Series B.V. by Focus Entertainment.
Jos Hoebe, the founder and creative director of BlackMill Games, will own the remaining 33,33% share and continue working on the studio. The studio will continue solely as BlackMill Games B.V.
WW1 Game Series, which is located in the Netherlands, has surpassed expectations for the sixth time in a row.
Isonzo, the third game in the WW1 Game Series, will be set on the Italian Front. Players will witness mountain warfare during the First World War as Italy clashes with the Austro-Hungarian Empire! A new Offensive game mode with multi-map battles offers a new opportunity for new recruits and returning veterans!
This acquisition is a major addition to Focus Entertainment''s portfolio and its federation of talents.
