Detail PvP Adjustments for the FFXIV 6.11a Patch Notes

Patch 6.11a was published by Square Enix, which reveals further changes to PvP and Job Actions. Additionally, players will no longer be automatically logged out of the game after 30 minutes of inactivity. This was originally established due to server congestion during the initial release of. Months later, Square Enix has now decided to remove the timer. However, the most significant information in the 6.11a patch notes relates to a variety of changes to PvP.

The patch reveals in detail that modifications to several Job Actions have been made based on the win rate and playability of each individual Job Class. Some job classes that will see modifications through the patch include:

  • Gunbreaker
  • Bard
  • Machinist
  • Dancer
  • Black Mage
  • Summoner
  • Red Mage
  • Astrologian

The Crystalline Conflict matching system will be the most significantly changed Job Class. Patch 6.15 will include further tweaks to job actions. Players who are in the Crystal tier are now able to match with Diamond 3 (with one Rising Star) or higher. The matching system will be tweaked in future updates.
