On BBC2 and BBC iPlayer, Nadiya Hussain argues that baking is a long-term process best avoided for special events. Instead, she shows us how to make fun, delicious, and faff-free sweet and savoury dishes using plenty of her trademark hacks, cheats and tricks.
"Baking is always for every day of the year," Nadiya said. I am really looking forward to sharing some super delicious, super simple and super accessible bakes with BBC2 viewers.
Nadiya gained fame after winning in 2015, but she revealed that while she was still working, she made numerous scones. "One of the first things I did was scones and kneaded them so much as if I was making chapatis. Thats how hard they were, so here I am and I get to do a job I love. I have a lot of pinch-me moments."
