Cyno's finest Genshin Impact build - Cyno weapons, artifacts, and F2Poptions

The best Genshin Impact Cyno product enhances the desert general''s ability to compete with any team in need of a new Electro DPS. Cyno is a 5-star character introduced in Genshin Impact 3.1, but while he only has one function shock things, he performs it exceptionally well.

Cynos'' abilities make him an elite member of Electro users, with his elemental mastery built into his attack power and complementing his massive critical damage bonus stat.

The new polearm might be the perfect fit for any Cyno build, but a couple of free, four-star weapons work equally as well, if not better.

When will the Cyno banner be released?

When is the Cyno banner release date?

The Cyno banner will be launched on September 27, or September 28, depending on your time zone. Cynos joins Cynos in a new rerun, and Candace, the new four-star polearm wielder, will appear on both. The Cynos banner will last for two and a half weeks until October 7, when the Nilous and Albedos banners will be replaced.

The other two four-star characters who might appear on the Cynos banner have been made no mention by HoYoverse.

Following his run, Cyno will not appear on the permanent banner, unlike Tighnari. Given how HoYoverse rotates its characters, the rerun will likely last for several months.

Is Cyno a DPS character?

Is Cyno a DPS character?

Cyno is a DPS player with absolutely no support potential to speak of. He has extensive abilities, so whether you want him to play as an elemental DPS or a critical hit DPS, you may expect him to take on the role in almost every situation.

Cynos'' Chasmic Soulfarer creates a wave of Electro with his spear while Cynos burst is active. He''s triggering a massive Electro explosion and remains in his burst state for longer. Featherfall Judgment creates three Duskstalker Bolts when Cyno uses his skill, which deal Electro damage equal to 50 percent of Cynos attack.

Cynos'' burst is derived from Wolfs Swiftness and puts Cyno in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state, where all his attacks are combined with Electro, and his elemental mastery rises by 100.

The Cynos passive talent Authority over the Nine Bows makes this elemental mastery buff important. Pactsworn Pathclearers regular attacks by 125 percent of Cynos elemental mastery and buffs the Duskstalker Bolts by 225 percent of his elemental mastery.

Cyno can still deal a substantial amount of damage while his secondary state is critical, thus Cyno is still recovering from a low base attack. However, bet is to focus on his Electro damage in a party with a Dendro character, like the Dendro Traveler or Collei. This is an advantage for the emergence of Aggravate and greater Electro damage.

Is it better to pull for Cyno?

Should I pull for Cyno?

Cyno''s ability to be a good fit for you depends on your party, but his lack of support options means that little use exists outside of his main DPS potential. If you already have one or two Electro DPS characters, Keqing, Raiden Shogun, or even Razor, then Cyno will not do much else for you.

What is the best Genshin Impact Cyno build?

What is the best Genshin Impact Cyno build?

Building Cyno for elemental mastery might seem like a good idea, but his Electro damage and critical hit rate are equally as important, if not more.

The Scarlet Sands'' Best Cyno Weapon Staff

Staff of the Scarlet Sands is custom-made for Cyno, and even a quick look at the statistics shows why. Critical hit rate is the secondary stat, and the value is more than double the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear. Cyno is a passive skill that automatically hits hard once per time, assuming you have a build or party that prioritizes elemental mastery.

The chances of getting a new character and their unique weapon are usually low, although many other alternatives are available for Cyno.

The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear and the Xiaos polearm are both a solid fit, with a secondary stat that raises critical rate by up to 22 percent at level 90, and a passive skill that, at its base level, gives an attack buff of 21 percent after the spear attacks enemies. That means youre despise much of your hurt.

If you have the Masterlss Starglitter to pay for it, the Royal Spear might be even better. This polearm has attack as its secondary stat, and the passve increases the critical hit rate by eight percent once after an attack hits. Cyno also gains a 50 percent critical hit rate while without refining the weapon.

Deathmatch is a game that you can get more easily. This one comes from tier 30 of the paid battle pass and has an eight-week critical hit rate buff at level one with its secondary stat. The passive buffs attack by 16 percent if two enemies are nearby and by 24 percent if there is only one foe around, making it perfect for boss battles.

Thundering Fury is the Best Cyno Artifacts

Cyno gets the best of both builds an Electro buff if you mostly only want an Electro DPS as well as a significant increase in elemental reaction damage for those who want to add more elements into the equation.

Increases Overload, Hyperbloom, Superconduct, and Electro-Charged damage by 40%, and increases Aggravates bonus damage by 20% when Quicken, or any other Electro-involved reaction triggers. The users'' elemental skill cooldown decreases by one second.

  • 2-piece effect: Raises Electro damage by 15 percent
  • 4-piece effect: Increases Overload, Hyperbloom, Superconduct, and Electro-Charged damage by 40 percent, and raises Aggravates bonus damage by 20 percent. When Quicken, or any other Electro-involved reaction triggers, the users elemental skill cooldown decreases by one second

Thundering Fury''s new feature that decreases skill breakdown makes it even more beneficial for Cyno, who is responsible for his ability and the effect his burst has on his ability.

If you succeed to recruit Cyno, and youre still early in the game, youre in luck. Thundering Fury comes from one of the early Mondstadt Domains, the Midsummer Courtyard.

If you have a spare set of Shimenawas Reminiscence around, it might well complement Cynos'' abilities.

  • 2-piece effect: Increases attack by 18 percent
  • 4-piece effect: When casting an elemental skill, if the character has 15 or more energy, they lose 15 energy and Normal/Charged/Plunging attack damage is increased by 50 percent for 10 seconds

What is the best Cyno F2P design?

What is the best Cyno F2P build?

Cynos'' F2P options are different from the paid build due to a new craftable four-star polearm that fits him quite well and an upcoming four-star weapon reportedly available during the Genshin Impact 3.1s grand event.

Moonpiercer and Missive Windspear are the best Cyno F2P weapon.

Moonpiercer is a craftable four-star weapon introduced in Genshin Impact 3.0. The quest for the World of Aranara must be complete and exchanged, but then crafting it requires the usual billets and ore chunks.

Moonpiercer has elemental control as its secondary stat, and the passive generates a Leaf of Revival when the user triggers a Dendro elemental reaction. The Leaf increases the user''s attack by up to 32 percent.

If the Cynos party include no Dendro characters, Moonpiercer won''t do you much good.

Honey Impact predicts that HoYoverse will release the new Missive Windspear during the 3.1s Mondstadt Event, indicating that it is an excellent option for Cyno. Missive Windspear has an attack as its secondary stat, and the passive skill increases attack and elemental mastery when the user triggers an elemental reaction.

Thundering Fury: Cyno F2P Artifacts

Cynos Artifacts remains the ultimate pick for his F2P build, but boosting his Electro damage and using him to generate elemental reactions and get Thundering Fury''s new buff is the best way to go.
