On November3, the AMDs Radeon RX 7000 series GPU announcement will be released

Both Cheekily and her senior vice president Scott Herkelman have announced a date for the RDNA 3 graphics card generation''s official release: November 3rd 2022. That''s less than two weeks before well see how AMD will combat the GeForce RTX 4090 and its brethren, most likely taking the form of the Radeon RX 7000 series of GPUs.

Herkelman insists more details will be made soon but hey, AMD will unveil their 13th Gen Raptor Lake chips in the near future. But even their long-delays Arc Alchemist GPUs are preparing for a thorough worldwide launch. Unless Nvidia decides to start making CPUs or something, it''s unlikely to happen. Im busy.

An AMD community post from yesterday (September 19th) may provide some insight on how performance per watt gains AMD made on their predecessors, but concludes by claiming that the first RDNA 3 cards will increase its performance per watt level at a relatively low power draw. However, AMD might be relying on performance alone, thus the efficiency focus. Though, however, it is important to see some actual cards from both parties before making the decision.

AMD is expected to demonstrate off their upscaling technique, the FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR), which has just been upgraded to FSR 2.1, and FSR 2.0 is still quite new, so as long as this event is graphics-focused, you can expect to see more of this Nvidia DLSS alternative.
