In collaboration with Pokemon, Ed Sheeran releases a new song

The love relationship between Ed Sheeran and Pokemon continues.

Personally I would love to see more songs written specifically for games. Movies license well-known artists for their projects every time thats how we got bangers like Sunflower by Post Malone and Swae Lee for or All the Stars by Kendrick Lamar and SZA for.

That''s not to say this hasn''t been implemented already for games, though the example that comes to mind is the cover of Stand by Me, which was the theme song for the 2018 World Championship, and the new Ed Sheeran number.
