According to reports, Andrew Dabb''s () Abubakr Ali ()-starring live-action series adaptation of Matt Wagner''s Dark Horse comic book series has been canceled. The following day, actor Andy Mientus (Larry Stohler) took to Instagram to reveal that apparently an entire season was filmed and reportedly now being shopped by the producers (although recent reports indicate that most but not all of the filming is complete). Now, Ali has taken to Instagram to discuss the series''s impact on society
"There is a place and need for narratives like this," Ali said of this role, despite expressing gratitude for the actors and crew but he added. "I''m very pleased for the future."
