With a new gameplay trailer, Wild Hearts, a collaboration between Koei Tecmo''s Omega Force and EA Originals, has been officially revealed.
The Monster Hunter series is set in feudal Japan and features hunters fighting some beautifully designed creatures known as Kemono, which has fused bizarrely with nature, flora, and fauna.
If you''ve ever wanted to battle a giant pig with a paper umbrella, this is for you.

Kemono ranges from plant-infused squirrels to the famous King Tusk wild boar. Players battle the winter wolf Deathstalker, who has set off their quest to restore equilibrium across the world.
It''s planned to be released on 17th February 2023 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam, Epic, and Origin).
The game''s main concern is the use of Karakuri''s magical technology to rapidly produce gadgets: a propeller for flying through the air, a giant pounding hammer, or explosive bombs.
Delectable combat features include bows and paper umbrellas, as well as a katana that''s also a whip.
It will feature a cross-play co-op with up to three players.
"Wild Hearts open up a vibrant fantasy world to players that is as unwindily as beautiful," said Yosuke Hayashi, executive vice president of Koei Tecmo.
"With Wild Hearts, we wanted to showcase the evolution, infusion, and the real threat caused by Kemono, but we also wanted to create a game in which crafting was at the core of the experience, and redefine what can be used in a beast hunting game. We have put great care into designing our Karakuri to fit into the combat, and we''re excited for players to use these powerful mechanisms to combat giant beasts and traverse the world."
The trailer for "Tame a world gone wild" challenges us. I''m so happy to see it again.
