It''s not normal to have three active codes at once outside of livestreams, so we suspect the ''6A6VJTWGCPYV'' code will expire soon - so make sure you redeem it while you still can! Finally, it may be due to the second anniversary celebrations, but it''s still best to ensure you claim all codes while you can, just in case.
If GENSHINGIFT does not work for you, you might have already redeemed it, as its one of the game''s oldest free codes. Try again the next month, or when the new update releases. If the code will still fail, you will need to contact Genshin Impact''s customer service team for help.
Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream codes
During the 3.1 livestream, new codes were provided. However, they had to be redeemed within 24 hours to claim their rewards, and there was only a limited amount of times codes to be redeemed, so you must be quick in redeeming the Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream codes.

How to redeem codes in Genshin Impact
To redeem codes in Genshin Impact, you need to be at least Adventure Rank 10. Open chests and finish main and side quests to level up your Adventure Rank quickly.
Once you reach Adventure Rank 10, you have to visit the official Genshin Impact website and enter the user account you wish to redeem them.
If you cannot remember what email address is linked to your active account, go to Settings by clicking on the cog symbol on the main menu, then select Account near the bottom of this list. Finally, select User Centre to open a webpage with your User ID number and linked email address.
If you have linked one of these to your HoYoverse account, you may also use a Google, Apple, Facebook, or Twitter ID.
After you have been logged in to the correct email address or linked account, select your server region, type your character name, and then enter the code you want to redeem in Genshin Impact. If this works, a Successful'' popup will appear.
After redeeming a code, you will receive the free items via in-game mail. Return to the game and select the letter symbol from the main menu to open Mail, then either Claim or Claim All to open the game.
Unless you create another character on the same account, the redemption code will only be reused once per character.
