The Nintendo physical version of Bayonetta on Switch will be available "in the first half of October" in the United Kingdom, exclusively via the My Nintendo Store.
The game was originally scheduled to be released today, but Nintendo UK and its European counterparts have sent it out.
"We are planning to release the physical version of Bayonetta in the first half of October, exclusively on My Nintendo Store," the caption states. "Please keep an eye on details. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

This is the physical version of the first Bayonetta game, which was originally available on Switch as a digital download alongside Bayonetta 2.
Bayonetta 3 is still out on the market on 28th October.

The physical version on the My Nintendo Store isn''t available for pre-order, so stock requirements are unknown. Others would prefer the use of other retailers.
The release of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was delayed until following the game''s release due to "ununforeseen logistic difficulties."
Pre-orders for the contents of the Collector''s Edition without the game were expected to start in September, but this hasn''t been done.
