Completing a Field Research task is another way (among many), and the easiest, to get what you need to fulfill your Pokemon Go needs. Consequently, completing a Field Research task will offer you the best possible rewards for PokeBalls, Stardust, Pokemon encounters, and others.
The first step to get items that you might need to make a Pokemon, to power up a Pokemon, or even catch a Pokemon is to get a Field Research task, and once you have completed it, you can delete it and try again for another.
You will get a stamp after completeing a Field Research task. Seven stamps will provide you with more important rewards and a monthly Breakthrough Pokemon. For October 2022, that Pokemon is Shedinja. Also, for the first time, Shedinja is known to be shiny.
