Hollyoaks spoilers: Maxine Minniver has left a blind date... but who?

Verity Hutchinson''s sister has been attempting to establish her loner brothers social circle, and last week Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter) couldn''t help but notice that Eric seemed to have a bit of a crush on Maxine.

Theresa has decided to play cupid.

Meanwhile Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) convinced Eric that he should go on a blind date with Maxine.

It takes not long for Eric''s extreme views about women to surface when Maxine and Eric come face to face on their date.

Maxine quickly attempts to eliminate things in the bud by implying that she and Eric remain friends rather than seek for a relationship.

Eric soon feels dissatisfied and bites back!

Later on, Maxine impresses lawyer Verity with an an impromptu legal dispute, and she is encouraged by Verity to start working towards a new career.

Maxine begins by herself stoking herself into some writing.

However, when her back is turned, someone leaves a terrible message in one of her textbooks.

Grace Black (Tamara Wall) whose fiance Saul Reeves (Chris Charles) died after a horrific stabbing, is unable to stop her rage.

Grace is being chastised by the justice system, which has allowed Joseph Holmes, a Sauls attacker, to remain free and out on bail.

Grace, flaunting at the injustice, takes everything into her own hands, and with some help from a surprising friend, she finds a way to ensnare Joseph.

Plus, his boss, Tony Hutchinson, tests Imran Maaliks (Ijaz Rana) cooking skills.

Imran, a man who has been trying to hide his eating ills, has begun to struggle.

Imran overcomes kitchen pressure and is diagnosed with severe illness.

Rather than telling anyone about his injury, he decides to keep it secret and conceal it.

Elsewhere, Tony and his best friend Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor Dawson) gather to brainstorm ideas to commemorate Luke Morgan (Gary Lucy).

Luke, who had a rare form of dementia, died in June 2022 after plunging to his death off a cliff in Mallorca.

What creative ideas will Tony and Darren share to honor their best girlfriend?
