Jemma Donovan has joined the cast of the popular Australian soap for two months after the last episode was announced.
Jemma, the daughter of icon Jason Donovan, will play Harlow Robinson, who plays Ramsay Street for three years.
Jemma, who plays the grandaughter of Erinsborough legend Paul Robinson, is now heading for a new twist.
Jemma will play Rayne, an outgoing party girl, who turns heads wherever she goes due to her fame as a social media sensation.
According to an insider, the character will spark something of a stir when she arrives: "Rayne, who is in her early 20s, will be moving to the village with her childhood best friend, as the pair face difficulties with younger residents. "The pair will soon befriending Romeo (Owen Warner), Prince (Malique Thompson-Dwyer, and Yazz (Haiesha Mistry).")

After 35 years on our screens, fans were saddened when the long-running soap came to an end. The final episode of the show began in August, with many of the old faces returning to Ramsay Street, incusing Kylie Minogue as Charlene Robinson, Guy Pearce as Mike Young, and Jemma''s dad Jason.
Channel 4, which starts weeknights at 6.30 pm, has an opening look at 7 pm on E4.
