FIFA 23's World Cupmode is unknowingly leaking by EA

Electronic Arts has accidentally permiss players a peek at FIFA 23''s World Cup mode early on PS5.

The mode was due to be released later this year, ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which will begin in November.

FIFA 23 owners on PlayStation 5 have posted video of the mode, featuring four main modes: FIFA World Cup Live, FIFA World Cup Kick-off, Online Tournament, and FIFA World Cup 2022.

Players have reported that 48 teams will be available to play in the mode, which is higher than the 32 teams who qualified in the actual World Cup.

This isn''t the first gaffe EA has faced with FIFA 23''s introduction, with questions surfacing about FUT packs and server issues.

FIFA 23 has remained a smash success for the EA, with 10.3 million players hitting the game on its first week, putting a new record in the series.

FIFA 23 will be the last FIFA-made football game to be officially licensed, after the publisher decided to take a break from the long-term brand agreement with the sports'' regulatory body.
