Dataminer has been given the option of having PT playable on a PlayStation 5 via a hackedemulator

P.T., a horror thriller set on Konami, has been made playable on a PlayStation 5, via a hacked PS4 emulator.

Lance McDonald, a Streamer and dataminer, has successfully developed a PS5 game that is non-jailbroken.

On a jailbroken PS5 and a normal, fully updated PS5, a legitimate copy of P.T. is required, in essence, as well as an active PSN account.

McDonald has shared a video of his exploits on Twitter, including the following: "Eat shit, Konami."

It''s a timely breakthrough considering P.T. was intended as a teaser for a future Silent Hill game that never came to fruition.

On Wednesday, October, Konami announced that a formal Silent Hill return would be unveiled.

There have been a number of rumours about the series, including Bloober Team''s involvement, a Silent Hill 2 remake, and the concept art of a brand new game.

McDonald said earlier this month that he had managed to jailbreak the PS5.

He''s been working on the Demon''s Souls remake files since then, to discover references to the fabled Ring of the Chieftain.
