Harrison Ford Joins Captain America's Cast: New World Order

While the rumors dwindled, Harrison Ford might reprise the role of General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross in several movies starting in 2008, but Hurt died of cancer in March this year. It is a pretty big player in the Marvel universe, and people have been wondering if they would re-cast it with someone else. It appears like they are. According to Deadline, Ford is reportedly stepping down as General Ross.

We discovered that a fourth Captain America film was in development in April of 2021, with Sam Wilson, played by Anthony Mackie, taking on the title role after the miniseries. In July, Marvel had signed on directorJulius Onah. Duringtheir big Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con, it was announced that the title of the next Captain America film would be.

There were also opportunities for Marvel to take the stage during the D23 Expo, which included Danny Ramirez and Carl Lumbly resuming their roles of Joaquin Torres and Isaiah Bradley from withShira Haas. It makes sense that Marvel would have a role back on track, considering that this film is unlikely to be released again. Does this mean that Liv Tyler will finally return to Betty Ross?
