Hardware expenditure increased 16% yoy to $343 million owing to available stock in PS5 and Xbox Series X/S for the month. Despite hardware sales, yoy sales decreased by 9% to $1.5 billion, which many in the industry are behind the chip shortage that has forced next-generation consoles to fall.
