The Crystal Shards from Kirby 64 will be released on Nintendo Switch Online next week

Kirby 64 has been announced by Nintendo: The Crystal Shards will be available via Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack next week.

Kirby goes to the stars to save his friends from a deadly new enemy, Dark Matter, coming May 20th.

The 2000 platformer consists of six worlds divided into levels and allows you to swallowing adversaries to copy their abilities, including fire, ice, or electricity. You may also mix and match to create Power Combos.

As you seek out the scattered Crystal Shards, you will look at planets made of lava, water, and sweets.

The Kirby 64 minigames are 100-Yard Hop, Bumper Crop Bump, and Checkerboard Chase. In the games, you are able to adjust the difficulty level and control Kirby, King Dedede, Adeleine, or Waddle Dee.

This is the fifth game to be released this year by Nintnedo Switch Online + Expansion Pack as part of Nintendo''s intention to set one N64 game per monh. Banjo-Kazooie, F-Zero X, Mario Golf, and The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask are also previously released games.

The Expansion Pass has been launched with Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64, Sin and Punishment, Dr. Mario 64, Mario Tennis 64, WinBack, and Yoshis Story. It also has several SEGA titles.
