The Queen''s Platinum Jubilee (along with the great British public) Party outside Buckingham Palace has been broadcast live on BBC 1 tonight. Especially considering Queen Elizabeth II''s performance with Daniel Craig for the London Olympic Ceremony, someone decided to have another go with Paddington. And even a bit of humor herself. It is a segue into Queen playing outside Buckingham Palace, but it misses out The Queen and Paddington Bear tapping along with the bass line on their crockery. Nevertheless, we got the Queen meeting Paddington, one immigrant to another, for tea with severe consequences and the revelation that the Queen has a special place to keep her marmalade sandwiches.
The programme on BBC 1 is continuing, with Giles Terera, who is also attending an Andrew Lloyd Webber/Lin Manuel Miranda mashup, involving Miranda, Mimi Webb, Andrea Bocelli, Jason Donovan, and others, as well as performances from Doc Brown on Britishness.
