The Kerbal Space Program is being postponed

The game Kerbal Space Program 2, which was supposed to focus on space, is now postponed.

Private Divison and developer Intercept Games have originally planned to continue the Kerbal Space Program, but due to technical difficulties, they have delayed Kerbal Space Program 2 until early 2023 for PC. As for consoles, the game will be launched sometime after the PC release.

Here''s a copy of Nate Simpson, the creative director,''s statement.

In early 2023, Kerbal Space Program 2 will be available on PC and on consoles, depending on where it will be installed.

We are creating a game of huge technological complexity. And we have assembled a team of passionate, talented individuals to achieve that goal. We have also set ourselves a high standard of excellence.

The game must be powerful on a wide variety of machines. The graphics must be peerless. The universe must be rich and intriguing to explore.

Kerbal Space Program 2 was slated to be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Xbox One.
