While Dune''s initial release came out last year, there were concerns that the hybrid release might lower the box prospects. That was even more a concern when people watched the movie, and quickly realized that this was only half of a film. However, Legendary and Warner Bros. have already confirmed the production, and now things are beginning to progress. Florence Pugh andAustin Butler are already confirmed, but Deadline has announced another big name to the cast.Christopher Walken will play The Emporer in the sequel.
At the moment, Legendary has no clue on the casting. Dune: Part Two is the last film on the docket, but after the Oscar wins, Legendary will probably release new movies. Also, the Sisterhood TV series is still in the works as of March 2022.

Departure: Part Two has featured Florence Pugh, who plays "Lady Bird," "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," and Lee Petra.
