Selena Gomez Gets Hazed on Saturday Night Live; Aidy Bryant Sees Divas

It''s Thursday, and we have NBC''s Saturday Night Live host Selena Gomez (Only Murders in the Building) and musical guest Post Malone to get ready for this weekend''s show. Now, since this Thursday evening, do you know what they mean? Yep, it''s time for Gomez and Malone to share their on-stage promos with the rest of the world. Thanks to SNL cast members Aidy Bryant and Bowen Yang, it''s time to go!

Gomez took to Instagram Stories in the following screencap to see her through the sketch sketches and asking a pretty impressive question:

Here''s a look back at how things are going with Gomez during the SNL read-thru (and here''s hoping we get some from the cast as they used to during the previous season):

Here''s a look back at SNL''s welcome video for Gomez & Malone (with on-stage promos on tap for Thursday):

Before the end of the year, CBS Mornings host Lorne Michaels revealed that he had contemplated retiring and thought it would be a "really good time to leave." But first and foremost, his commitment is to watch the show make it to the 50th anniversary, which she believes she will have. "I''m confident that it''s going to be a great time to leave," Michaels said.

"I will''t want the show to be bad; I''m so thankful for it." Michaels said of his decision to discuss the subject in a row, and he said, "I''m going to do everything I can to ensure it continue to work well." But even if he decides to take on the role next, he said, "It''s been my life''s work."

Aidy Bryant, Michael Che, Pete Davidson, Chloe Fineman, Heidi Gardner, Colin Jost, Kate McKinnon, Kyle Moffat, Ego Nwodim, Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson, and Bowen Yang have joined NBC''s Saturday Night Live show, featuring players including Andrew Dismukes, Aristotle Athari (Future Man, All Rise), James Austin Johnson (Silicon Valley), and Sarah Sherman.
