The company will be introducing Dead Space to both next-gen consoles and PC in January 2023. The video on the game shows how it will be enhanced in all aspects of the space, from the beginning.
Isaac Clarke, an everyman engineer on a routine mission to fix a gigantic mining aircraft, is killed and infected. Nevertheless, Isaac''s girlfriend, Nicole, is waiting for a living nightmare on board. Alone and trapped, Isaac is fighting for survival not only against terrifying monsters called Necromorphs, but his own gloomy sanity.
Motive''s creative team presented an early look at how the remake visually entices and tweaks the original, including in-game props, tools, environments, and more being reconstructed to a level of polish and details suitable for the future generations of hardware and PCs. Dead Space allows players to confront the frighteningly tight corridors and shadowing areas of the USG Ishimura.
"This remake has been a lot of fun for Motive, as we''re genuine fans of the game and want to get it treated with the respect it deserves," says Phillippe Ducharme, the senior producer ofDead Space. "We''re making great progress on our journey to Alpha, and we''re excited to announce that the game will be available in January next year. We can''t wait for players, both old and new, to see how it has improved.
